Location. The InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong is located on the Victoria Harbor waterfront in Kowloon's Tsim Sha Tsui East business, entertainment and shopping district in Hong Kong, China. The hotel is 500 meters from the Hong Kong Museum of Art, and one kilometer from the Star Ferry Terminal and the Hong Kong Museum of History. Train and subway stations are located one kilometer from this business and leisure hotel.
Hotel Features. The hotel environment offers both old and new, with its modern angular exterior architecture and the lobby's wood paneled high ceiling and long shimmering chandeliers. A teak sun deck surrounds a rooftop pool and the hotel houses a 24 hour business center. Complimentary local shuttle service within a five kilometer radius of the hotel also is available.
InterContinental Grand Stanford includes three restaurants. The Mistral serves authentic Italian cuisine in a rustic setting and Hoi King Heen specializes in Cantonese cuisine. CafT Rendezvous provides a la carte dining and buffets in an informal atmosphere. Tiffany's New York Bar serves drinks and snacks in a Roaring Twenties style atmosphere.
High speed wired and wireless Internet access is available in the business center for a fee. Meeting and function rooms can seat from 10 to 370 people.
Guestrooms. The 18 story hotel contains 579 guestrooms. All include high speed wired, wireless and dial up Internet access, DVD players, fax machines and printers, cable and satellite television channels and direct dial phones (three per room). Additional room amenities include coffee and tea makers and minibars. Rooms also are equipped irons and ironing boards and trouser presses.
Expert Tip. The Hong Kong Museum of Art, 500 meters from the hotel, provides more than 14,000 pieces depicting Chinese culture. Items include art and artifacts such as paintings, calligraphy, sculpture, pottery, jade and gold. Admission is HKD10 (US$1.30), and is free on Wednesdays.

From Hong Kong International Airport (HKG): Distance to InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong is 38 kilometers, approximately 40 minutes' drive.

Driving directions: From the airport, take North Lantau Highway to Cheung Tsing Tunnel on Route 3.
